Am I able to transfer the remainder of my post 9/11 (chapter 33) to my spouse and still qualify for chapter 35, or is it one or the other?

Yea but his spouse would have to use those chapter 33 months before chapter 35. Can not use 2 chapters at once.

Are you still active duty? I believe you had to transfer your 911 benefits before retirement or getting out.
